Rita is also the host of the Webby-nominated podcast Bippity Boppity Business, where she explores the magic behind Disney-inspired business principles by interviewing former Disney cast members and creatives.
With a background that includes roles at Tesla and BMW, Rita developed a deep expertise in customer experience before pivoting into media production and podcasting. Over the years, she has produced and managed hundreds of episodes across SaaS, fintech, and technology verticals, helping clients clarify their podcasting goals and execute high-impact content strategies. In addition to her work in media, she serves as an adjunct professor at the University of North Florida, teaching podcast production and marketing. One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is simply having enough hours in the day to accomplish everything, especially as content demands and creative opportunities continue to grow.
