Beatriz Verdin is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over a decade of experience and a proven track record in project management, operations, and client services. Currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at JLL, she supports a major financial services client, where she plays a key role in delivering results through vendor coordination, occupancy planning, and move management. Throughout her 14-year tenure with JLL, Beatriz has earned a reputation for being client-focused, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative—consistently driving operational efficiency and exceeding service standards.
Beatriz holds an MBA in Management from DePaul University and a bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Southern California. She brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to every role she steps into, ensuring that each project aligns with client goals while fostering positive team dynamics. Outside of work, she is passionate about giving back—volunteering as a mentor with Imagine LA and fostering animals through Best Friends Animal Society. I would tell young women entering my industry that you can absolutely be successful—even as a mom and even if you’re starting later in life.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is ensuring that all clients remain satisfied through attentive service and effective communication.

The most important values to me in both work and life are teamwork and collaboration, ensuring that goals are met and clients receive the highest level of service.
